September 11 Remembrance

The Town of Juno Beach, Mayor Jason Haselkorn, the Town Council along with Chief of Police Brian Smith cordially invite you to join them on September 11th for the Annual Town 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony. The event will honor and remember the nearly 3,000 police officers, firefighters, paramedics, first responders and civilians who lost their life in the attacks at the World Trade Center site, the Pentagon, aboard Flight 93 and in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

The event will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 11th and will include musical renditions by singer-songwriter Monique McCall, a West Palm Beach native. Chief of Police Brian Smith will then call for a Moment of Silence. The guest speaker, Roger Buckwalter, will reflect on the events of September 11, 2001. The ceremony will end with a rendition of “God Bless America” by Ms. McCall.

Light refreshments will follow the ceremony.

Keeping up with the Juno Beach Police Foundation

The Juno Beach Police Foundation is an all volunteer organization formed to help ensure the safety of our wonderful Town.

If you’d like to keep up to date with the activities of the Foundation there are two very easy ways to do so.

The first way is to visit this page frequently and read about not only the happenings of the Foundation but also of our terrific Juno Beach Police Department.

The second way is to subscribe to our newsletter. The newsletter will be sent via email on an irregular timetable.  When we have news to report, we’ll consolidate it and send it out to you via email. We won’t spam you, we won’t overload you with unimportant information or advertisements… and most importantly, we will NEVER sell, rent or otherwise provide your email address to any parties other than the Juno Beach Police Department and the Town of Juno Beach.
