New AEDs for patrol cars

The first grant request received by the new Juno Beach Police Foundation was for $10,000 to purchase new Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) for each of the Juno Beach Police patrol vehicles.

The department already had Defibrillators in the patrol vehicles but they were over 10 years old, starting to fail and utilizing vintage technology. They needed to be replaced but funds to do so were not in the current Town budget.

The Foundation took action and made an immediate 10K grant to the Town for the purchase of these important items.

We are pleased that our Police Officers now have both the CPR training and the latest in AED technology when they are responding to assist residents as well as visitors to the Town of Juno Beach.

Thank You! to our residents and business owners for supporting the Juno Beach Police Foundation and helping us keep Juno Beach as one of the finest and safest communities in South Florida.

Keeping up with the Juno Beach Police Foundation

The Juno Beach Police Foundation is an all volunteer organization formed to help ensure the safety of our wonderful Town.

If you’d like to keep up to date with the activities of the Foundation there are two very easy ways to do so.

The first way is to visit this page frequently and read about not only the happenings of the Foundation but also of our terrific Juno Beach Police Department.

The second way is to subscribe to our newsletter. The newsletter will be sent via email on an irregular timetable.  When we have news to report, we’ll consolidate it and send it out to you via email. We won’t spam you, we won’t overload you with unimportant information or advertisements… and most importantly, we will NEVER sell, rent or otherwise provide your email address to any parties other than the Juno Beach Police Department and the Town of Juno Beach.
