Juno Beach Police Officer of the Year – 2019

Detective Jorge Carvajal – Detective Carvajal joined the Juno Beach Police Department in 2017 after an eleven year career in both patrol and investigations with the Port St. Lucie Police Department. In January of 2018 he was promoted to the position of Detective in our Juno Beach Police Department Investigations Division.

While serving in that position, Detective Carvajal helped solved many cases; including a bank robbery case and a check fraud case. He also worked on a stalking case, and testified in court on behalf of the victim. Most recently, Detective Carvajal presented to the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office their first video-voyeurism case . The case involved an illicit video, that was filmed without the victim’s permission or knowledge and then posted to an adult website.

Detective Carvajal is a highly motivated officer who enjoys all aspects of Law Enforcement. He brings to Juno Beach PD a vast amount of experience and we are pleased to have him protecting and serving our community.

Keeping up with the Juno Beach Police Foundation

The Juno Beach Police Foundation is an all volunteer organization formed to help ensure the safety of our wonderful Town.

If you’d like to keep up to date with the activities of the Foundation there are two very easy ways to do so.

The first way is to visit this page frequently and read about not only the happenings of the Foundation but also of our terrific Juno Beach Police Department.

The second way is to subscribe to our newsletter. The newsletter will be sent via email on an irregular timetable.  When we have news to report, we’ll consolidate it and send it out to you via email. We won’t spam you, we won’t overload you with unimportant information or advertisements… and most importantly, we will NEVER sell, rent or otherwise provide your email address to any parties other than the Juno Beach Police Department and the Town of Juno Beach.
